Pros
The Panasonic ES-LA93-K Men’s Rechargeable Electric Shaver is a little larger and heavier than several other Panasonic models, thanks to the second motor in the head. Nonetheless, its ergonomic design makes it easy and comfortable to grip.
It promises a close and quick shave, and many customers report that it does just that, with a “baby-bottom-soft” feel on their skin within just 3 to 5 minutes. It works very well for both wet (e.g. with shaving cream or water) and dry (e.g. before taking a shower) shaving.
The shaver itself is easy to clean, even without use of the cleaning base. Many customers simply rinse it under running water and find that it’s good enough, even without soap. The cleaning base ensures that your shaver dries off more quickly.

Cons
Many of the negative reviews for this shaver pertain to its cleaning base. Due to the ease of cleaning the shaver itself, many customers have found the base pretty much unnecessary. In addition, if you do use it often, it requires the purchase of cleaning cartridges which add on to the costs. The cleaning process itself takes up to 3 hours which seems to be mostly drying, and is fairly noisy during the process.
